Metcard’s final days

Metropolitan train passengers should take advantage of additional card sales outlets and switch to myki as Metcard ticket machines are permanently turned off.

WEEKLY and monthly Metcard tickets will no longer be sold from railway stations from March.  While weekly and monthly Metcard tickets will disappear on March 26 from railway stations and vending machines, the popular 10-trip ticket will remain available, as will two-hour Metcards. Yearly Metcard tickets have already been replaced by myki.

Premier’s Active Families Challenge

NAB Schools First Award Applications NOW OPEN!

Applications for the 2012 NAB Schools First Awards are now open.

This year, $3 million in funding is available to 130 outstanding school-community partnerships.

Applications close at 5.00pm (AEST) on Friday, 29 June 2012.
