Money magazine saved me heaps!

I poured myself a cuppa and settled in to read my latest Money magazine (July 2011).  I didn't get far before being 'told' by Paul to stop reading the magazine and ring my bank for a better deal.  Half an hour later, my bank wouldn't budge on the interest rate, however they agreed to waiver the $395 annual fee for one year.  Would you believe the annual fee was due the very next day?  I'd say that was timely advice!

I've subscribed to Money Magazine for years and always look forward to Paul Clitheroe & his team's take on all things financial. I'm regularly surprised by the number of topical articles that are so relevant to my business and family.  I easily get back more than the cover price of the magazine with the savings tips, and have sent quite a few gift subscriptions to our friends, both young & not-so-young!
